At Trinity Church, we believe a healthy church is built on honour, unity, accountability, and Christ-centred purpose. These values guide how we serve God, lead people, and treat one another.

The biblical approach to conflict is simple:
Talk to the person you have an issue with—not about them.
Seek understanding and humility (Matthew 15:15–20).
If a matter cannot be resolved between two people, bring it to leadership.
Take it up, not out.
